CLIENT CONSULTATION

Prospective clients meet with Nima Amiri for an initial consultation where they discuss the issues and circumstances that the client is facing. Amiri will then explain how the law works in relation to those issues as well as explains the options available for resolving the issues.

RETAIN A FAMILY LAWYER

Once a lawyer is retained by the client, Amiri Family Law begin working diligently to resolve the outstanding issues. I will assesses, with the client, what needs to be done specifically to the client’s situation. The approach I take to each client’s case is tailor-made to the needs of the client and their unique circumstances.

NEGOTIATION OR LITIGATION

I will work with our clients to put into place the plan for achieving a resolution and work towards those results. I use a variety of strategies including settlement, court intervention, meetings, mediations, mediation/arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. The strategy is designed to fit the issues being settled and the client’s priorities.

How do I get started?

The first step is to request a consultation with Amiri Family Law. During this initial consultation Nima Amiri will evaluate your situation and will explain your rights, & options.
